Spindle Tube is an important part of the automobile drive axle assembly, it forms an integral part with the drive axle housing, so that the axial relative position of the left and right drive wheels is fixed, supporting the mass of the frame and the assembly together, and bearing the road reaction force and moment from the wheel when the car is driving, and passing through the suspension to the frame.
Our Spindle tubes are made of forged blanks, after heat treatment and precision CNC machine processing, the tolerance can be guaranteed to 0.01mm and the hardness of the bearing table can reach HRC45. Before delivery, the thread and bearing table of each spindle tube will be tested to ensure that the qualified rate of the product reaches 100%. Finally, we will apply anti-rust oil on the surface, which can effectively prevent rust in the transportation process!
